Evangelism is not a good work that earns salvation, and it is not a law we are forced to follow. It is the natural response to the grace we have received. When you truly experience the love and forgiveness of Jesus, it overflows. You cannot keep it to yourself, and you want others to experience that same unconditional love too!
We believe the Good News of Jesus truly transforms lives. If you want to share the gospel but feel unsure about where to start, you are not alone. Many believers feel the same way.
Jesus Himself gave us this mission in Matthew 28:18–20, when He said to go and make disciples of all nations, teaching them and walking with them in faith. And He also gave us this promise: He is with us always.
Therefore, we do this together, and together with Him.
With that, a key part of our ministry is helping churches grow by equipping leaders, members, and everyday believers to confidently share their faith. We believe evangelism does not have to be complicated or intimidating.
If you have ever wanted to share the Good News with someone but did not know how, here is a simple guide you can learn by heart and use in everyday conversations. We also encourage you to reach out and join our fun and graceful training for free!
If you’re a Christian, you’ve probably asked yourself this at some point.
And you’re not alone.
We see this as a real concern in many churches. For a long time, we believed that evangelism was something only leaders, pastors, or “really smart and brave” Christians were supposed to do. But what we’ve discovered is that sharing your faith is actually one of the best ways to grow spiritually. Interestingly, it’s often those who aren’t sharing their faith who are the very ones feeling spiritually dry.
When you talk about your faith, it forces you to truly understand what you believe. It draws you closer to God, deepens your walk with Him, and naturally inspires you to share Him with others. This is how exactly it happened to me.
One of the main focuses of our team is sharing the gospel and equipping believers to do the same. Through our small group discussions, we’ve learned what often stops people from sharing their faith. Some simply don’t know where to start, even though they genuinely want to share Jesus with their friends. Others struggle to see why they should at all. But for many, the greatest obstacle is fear. Fear of failure. Fear of rejection. It’s a lack of confidence, a fear of embarrassment in speaking about their faith, and a worry that the world will condemn them for who they are and for believing in someone they cannot see.
Honestly, as someone who has been a Christian my entire life, these were my excuses too. What changed everything for me was coming to a deeper understanding of how bountiful God’s unmerited favor has been in my life. Not because I’m a good person, but because I’m not. Far from it.
But Jesus loved me anyway (Romans 5:8).
Besides, who are you really sharing with others about, yourself or Jesus? My friend, you’re not evangelizing about yourself; you’re pointing people to Jesus. So when someone rejects the message, they’re not rejecting you. They’re rejecting Him.
That realization is incredibly freeing. It removes the pressure and the fear of losing something that was never yours to begin with. Salvation is a free gift from God (Ephesians 2:8-9); you didn’t earn it, and you can’t really give it. When you share the gospel, you’re not trying to save people, that’s not your job; it’s Christ's. Your role is simply to be a channel of the Good News and to trust Him to grow the seeds you help plant. (1 Corinthians 3:6-9)
One night, through the Holy Spirit’s conviction, I had this realization: What do I really have to lose if I tell someone about Jesus? What’s the worst thing that could happen?
I can tell you right now, the worst thing that could happen in this life, no matter the reason, is death. But the good news is that Jesus already conquered it! So what are we really trying to hold on to here on earth anyway? What truly matters? If you were to die right now, are you going to heaven? If so, what would you bring with you there?
No matter how much we may dislike talking about it, every person will face death at some point, regardless of how well they’ve lived or what they’ve achieved. In the end, none of that comes with us in the afterlife. But the greatest treasure you could ever have and also share is the gift of eternal life through Christ Jesus.
May these words speak to you through the Holy Spirit. God bless you!
